Qualifications

*D3 Management/Administration

*Design a job analysis schedule and questionnaire

*Gather job information

*Interact with employees, providers and peers

*Develop job descriptions, job specifications, and job standards

*Report work safety risks to superiors

*Check job analysis information through two sources

*Prepare technical operational and administrative performance appraisal activities

*Prepare operational and administrative technical activities for compiling position rankings

*Perform data recapitulation and studies related to workload calculations
