This position reports into the Business Development Manager and based in Kalimantan Area

What Will You Do

The Country Recruiter will be responsible for the identification, assessment & delivery of professional talent that will provide the new Consumer Healthcare Company a competitive advantage. We are counting on you to be a talent advisor as you utilize industry & recruiting knowledge to translate the enterprise people strategy. 

Key Responsibilities-

• Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.
• Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
• Controls budgets for a district or region.
• Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
• Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
• Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
• Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence.
• Ensures sales activities follow national, state, local, & company regulations, policies, & procedures.
• Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products.

Required Qualifications  -

• Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in sales.
• Wiling to be placed all area of Indonesia.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and financial acumen.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree; Business related course is a plus
