We are expanding our business to Indonesia and looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the new office. Successful candidates will drive the company's growth by establishing and pursuing business goals and partnerships. They will also enhance our product offerings and promote our brand.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities to the management team
- Work with the marketing and product development teams to align with the company's business goals
- Understand the trends and dynamics of the digital marketing industry and develop innovative strategies to improve the company's position in the market
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Strong market knowledge is a must. Especially network in the digital marketing industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in CRM and task-tracking software
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and B2+ proficiency in English is a must
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
- Proven experience in business development or related role in a DSP, Performance digital marketing agency, or a technology company
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including emerging trends and market dynamics
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills
