The opportunity
We are looking someone who can develop and manage national sales strategy and national sales team, leverage and grow partnerships with key customers nationally and liaising with the Marketing team to achieve ethical national sales target, market share and organization objectives.
The scope is including ethical, consumer health, Oncology and Distribution Channel.
How you’ll spend your day
- To implement the QEHS procedure to achieve the target and continuously improving the effectiveness of the process.
- To coordinate with marketing department, direct and monitor execution of marketing activities by Sales Managers.
- Together with Sales Managers to develop national budget plan of each product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan and allocate it to all Sales Managers including Tender & Oncology Manager and Distribution Channel Manager.
- Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents, medical communities and distributor.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop national sales and marketing team to achieve the targeted revenue and market share, develop their skill, provide feedback and directions to Sales Managers to improve the performance quality & productivity
- To keep up to date with marketing trends and analyze sales trend, proactively develops products and services and make strategic decisions when necessary.
Your experience and qualifications
- General understanding of pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategy
- Able to lead Sales Managers team in national wide
- 2 years’ experience as National Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good coaching skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skills
- Computer Literacy and English Proficiency
- Having close relationship with medical communities
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably in pharmaceutical / marketing management
