Your role:
As a Sales Development Representative based in Jakarta, you will join our APAC SDR team to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approach in the Indonesia market. With your engaging communication skills, rapport building abilities, excellent organizational skills and a team player mindset, you will have a direct impact on our Sales pipeline and contribute to our revenue growth. Your responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs, and weekly KPI & activities’ targets
- Commit to understanding/owning your territory and becoming a trusted member of the APAC SDR org while collaborating with your regional field teams
- Be eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better every day and be open to feedback
- Work closely with the Inbound Marketing Team and sales teams from assigned markets, to optimize territory coverage and outbound prospecting strategies
- Work in a fun, motivating and learning environment
- Generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and pipeline in greenfield accounts in Indonesia
- Participate in training and master understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Adjust solutions, competitive landscape, and on-going career development skills
- Research and take part in consultative discussions with prospects, taking full ownership of matching our product offering with client needs
- Conduct account development best practices with email, phone, and social touch points using tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, G2 and 6Sense
What you bring:
- Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, LeadIQ, etc.
- Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
- A B.A./B.S. or other 4-year degree
- Must have fluent Business English language skills, and native level of Indonesia Bahasa
- Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to understand the Indian customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
- A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
- 3-6 years of Sales Development (SDR/BDR) or Inside Sales experience calling into the Indonesia market, ideally in a tech/software company and a fast-paced environment)
