Job Description
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and managing prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Understand and promote the company programs to generate and close new sales leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential strategic partners and business opportunities.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial business collaborations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Startup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgency!
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and key players is a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities with relevant majors
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • 3+ years of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
