Job Description

Axiata Digital Labs is the technology hub of Axiata Group Berhad Malaysia which is one of the leading groups in telecommunication in Asia. We provide innovative software services, offering telco-focused digital and IT services and solutions that enable individuals, startups and enterprises.


What you will do:

  • Participate with the Country Head and senior managements in strategic planning, policy development and decision making.
  • Build long-term relationships with all business partners.
  • Escalate and provide solutions to business partner queries as required.
  • Identify, prospect and close deals within an aggressive timeframe.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Head and as a liaison between the Country Head and stakeholders to ensure a consistent communication, involvement and timely decision making.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately to ensure effective operations and overall team operations


Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of Sales/Business Development experience, preferably managing international software or enterprise solution sales. Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Degree in an Information Technology or related discipline or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
