Carry out the recruitment process (end to end)
Responsible for fulfilling MPP at the company/outlet and ensuring that the needs of employees in each department run well
Coordinate with other Department Managers for MPP needs in companies/outlets
Evaluate recruitment procedures for efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment team performance
Monitor recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment procedures
Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor in Psychology or Human Resource Management major
Language: English Business Level
Experience : 3-5 years of experience in the Recruitment field

Human Resource Business Partner [Jakarta] (52309)

s:
- Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Division to Human Capital line services i.e. Recruitment, Development, Organizational
- Work along with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower planning
- Closely works with the TA team to recruit personally the key talents for the Division
- Assist with recruitment efforts when necessary to ensure the continued growth and success of the business
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Set standards for the ethics, values, and culture of the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP and exposure to many HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, or Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- A keep understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
