Job Objective
• Identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company’s customer base, generating increased revenue through new business opportunities, ensuring profitable transactions/contribution margins for new business in Pharma vertical.
• Maximizing the primary market intelligence/trend for new accounts in Pharma vertical. Primary responsibilities Strategic and planning
• Develop business development strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area/zone for new accounts in Pharma vertical. Functional
• Market/Customer analysis, prioritization, & strategizing USPs to build differentiators.
• Customer relationship management (across customer organization & levels)
• Closing sales/negotiating deals
• Providing timely information about products & services
• Identifying new business opportunities (new prospects)
• Growing the company’s customer base
• Generating new leads
• Conducting Market research
• Acts as an internal champion for a new customer.
• Identifying new market segments
• Finding ways to expand company’s reach.
• Collaborating with complementors to spot new business opportunities.
• Assertively & aggressively pursue qualifications at prospects.
• Identifying opportunities for cross selling and up-selling
• Anticipating and overcoming initial qualification challenges or roadblocks if any
• Implicit Need Identification
• Value Selling Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

• Graduation from Science stream
• B.Sc. Chemistry +MBA
Experience
• 8+ years in B2B sales management and sales team management
