You will...

• Train the existing TAs on attitude (how to behave like professional)
• Sell in and sell out management all by Technical Advisor
• Train the existing TAs on Communication skills
• Develop TA to diligently record the sales and conduct E Visit minimum 200 salon per TA
• Ensure compliance
• Craft standardization on how TA works
• Train the existing Team Leaders of Technical Advisor to be next supervisor or Junior manager (succession planning)
• Groom the existing TAs to be professional both on looks and also mind

You have…

• 5-7 years working experience as Sales Supervisor for beauty products
• Strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge on ecommerce industry
• Strong interest on beauty industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
