Responsibilites

• Minimize issues in the delivery process.
• Analyze nationwide end-to-end delivery performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet Key Account needs and requirements.
• Handle internal and external daily inquiries ( problematic parcels & daily issues).
• Identify and analyze Key Account business issues.
• Monitor nationwide end-to-end delivery performance

Requirements

• Team player
• Able to work independently
• Good understanding of analytics, business needs analysis, data visualization & stakeholder management
• Min 1+ years experience
• Proficiency in SQL and visualisation tools (Metabase, Python, Spreadsheet etc)
• Bachelors' Degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
• Ability to display a structured thought process
