Business Development Staff (Jakarta)

and Qualification:

1) In charge of analyzing the market and setting up HMS's marketing strategy with the manager.

2) Have good Microsoft Office skills such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

3) Able to process and analyze large amounts of data.

4) Assist managers in innovating systems to increase the effectiveness of pricing and business development teams.

5) Helping managers develop pricing strategies across various product lines to position products based on value and competitive situations.

6) Assist pricing managers in developing methodologies to calculate prices, floor prices, and price caps for various product lines in various market segments regarding their value. Maintain company price list and update periodically as appropriate.

7) Pricing analysis, develops, and manages the pricing process on instructions from manager and management.

8) Helping managers develop reports to track & monitor pricing projects. Develop tools to estimate bidding costs for new products. Develop a value pricing model and apply it to all new products.

9) Assist managers to perform business analysis, monthly sales reports, and market analysis, and support managerial decision-making.

10) Collaborate with other departments or divisions to meet market or customer needs.

Requirements :

1. Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and sales statistics.

2. Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in particular)

3. Leadership and organizational abilities

4. Interpersonal and communication skills

5. Problem-solving attitude

6. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Transportation Management, or relevant field; D3 graduates are also welcome to apply
