Brugg Group – Rittmeyer is expanding its business in the Republic of Indonesia and is looking for an:

Business Development Manager – Hydropower - Indonesia

Responsibilities:

· Develop and acquire new business for the territory of Republic of Indonesia

· Focus in serving the Hydropower segments through end users and contractors

· Identify, manage and maintain excellent relationships with local Partner and existing accounts

· Develop business through marketing including seminars, exhibitions, social media publication and market studies for strategic growth

· Support sales process and meet sales targets according to plan

Expectations:

· Background in Engineering / Business with min 5 years project sales & industrial / engineered products marketing experience

· Above 3 years experience working in Multinational Companies

· Strong network in the Hydropower / Power industries

· Self-starter and strategic thinking

· Strong business acumen and result orientation

· Good communication skills with high fluency in English

· 75% Travel willingness

Territory: Republic of Indonesia

Travel: 75% within Indonesia power plants; occasional travel to Switzerland HQ
