Job Description

The Business Development Executive Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads. This individual will be trustworthy, motivated self-starter able to identify new business opportunities from multiple sources. The role would suit someone who has the drive and tenacity to reach decision-makers and represent our brand.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Develop and reviews the Customer Loyalty Program , customer incentives and rewards to ensure it continues to be appealing and engaging, as well as fiscally viable for the Group
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as Operations, Business Intelligence, and Creative Development, to gather & analyze data and provide actionable insight on such, seek inputs on growth areas, and execute initiatives related to the Loyalty Program. key proposition, product construct, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships and alliances, customer segmentation & GTM strategy .
  • Explore and build relationships with financial services institutions (i.e.; banking, multi-finance, P2P, insurance, etc) to discover users’ pain points and needs related to analytics / credit scoring related services for all customer lifecycle (i.e.: onboarding, portfolio management, and collection).
  • Develops programs to maintain regular contact with customers, provide an omnichannel experience, and acquire more members.


Qualifications

  • Successfully handle multiple big projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of data and analytics, credit scoring services in particular, loan origination; knowledge in portfolio management and collection is a plus
  • Relevant discipline with minimum 5-10 years of working experience in partnership or relationship management dealing with Financial Services Industry; strong network in all financial services industry is a plus (i.e.; banking, multi-finance, P2P, insurance, etc)
  • Bachelor degree or MBA degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Ability to deal effectively with diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, solutions-building, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Has experience in building and growing Customer Loyalty Programs in the consumer products and retail or Manufacturing industries.
