Senior Account Manager Jobs

Team Red Tree Asia is looking for Sr. Account Manager to manage, increase revenue and market in all business units by increasing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain deep knowledge of all brands and client workflows and challenges

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and respond to their quires and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify areas for improvement

- Talk to other departments in the organization in order to facilitate client request

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any major

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the advertising digital industry

- Excellent costumer service skills

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
