2. Ensuring all reports to the Bank's Internal parties are fulfilled in accordance with the set time.

3. Make a budget (OPEX & Capex) which is prepared in accordance with business developments.

4. Reviewing and monitoring the imposition of costs related to divisional operations.

6. Carry out the UAT Compliance Visa / Mastercard process and adhoc projects.

7. Monitoring and reconciliation of transaction dispute claims.

8. Make reports related to transaction disputes and reconciliation

Working knowledge of Comprehensive Admin skill, HR processes, Finance, Budgeting, and Project manage.

Min. Bachelor Degree in business management or related

Min. 5 years experiences as proven success of GM / Manager Operational

Excellent communication skill, leadership skill, strategic thinking, planning, and analytical thinking.

Experience in conducting performance value

Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.

Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
