Job Description
A National Sales Representative (Fastener) job has become available at a multinational fastener manufacturer for nuts and bolts.


About The National Sales Representative (Fastener) Role


The National Sales Representative (Fastener) role will be responsible for promoting the brand value of the company by developing, and growing the business in Indonesia.


Key Responsibilities


  • Interact with engineering, maintenance, OEMs and owners to promote the product portfolio
  • Regularly update customer accounts and activities and projects via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Control budgets and expenses
  • Perform sales-focused activities in Indonesia, targeting market development and growth in the general industrial/manufacturing, power generation and the petrochemical industry
  • Conduct Market Research, awareness and knowledge on competitor products and capabilities
  • Support customers with Sales Quotations and Technical support on a timely and accurate basis
  • Work within a regional matrix in support of the overall growth of the Indonesia Market
  • Train, grow and develop distributors/partners in Indonesia


To be successful in this National Sales Representative (Fastener) role, you will need to have an extensive experience in the commercial function, selling fasteners, nuts and bolts, gaskets, or pipe fittings.


Key Requirements


  • Bolt tensioning knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • 8 - 10 years of work experience, providing fasteners, nuts and bolts, gaskets, or pipe fittings, to Mining, Petrochem or Energy Industry
  • Proficient in communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to travel
