About the Job

Plugo is available to anyone who wishes to launch an online business. Both for entrepreneurs who have recently begun online businesses and for well-established companies. Plugo gives its users greater control, a stronger brand identity, the flexibility to set more competitive selling prices for their products, and more quantifiable company growth.


As the Head of Sales in Plugo, you will lead the Sales Team that is responsible to acquire new customers to use Plugo services and help them grow their business by offering the right solution for our customers. The success indicator of this role is when the growth of company revenue increase significantly.


What You Will Do

  • Overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole.
  • Handling incoming customer, by doing the initial meeting with customer and monitoring the assistance of onboarding team until the online store launched.
  • Categorize and prioritize incoming leads to be delegated to team members.
  • Monitoringdaily, weekly and monthly report.
  • Make a strategy to find potential leads to be executed by the Sales Team.
  • Connect and communicate to cross-function team.
  • Teams up with the Product Teamin creating product to conduct trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding trends on E-Commerce business and markets.
  • Have a commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and an ability to analyze sales department performance.
  • 7-8 years experience in related field, in e-commerce industry will be an advantages.
  • Excellent in task and people management skill.
  • Business level in English communication is a must.
