Freelance Account Executive Jobs

What you’ll do

• Day to day running of the account – you will be the eyes and the ears of the account. Ensuring meetings occur, contact reports are produced, financial processes & brand guidelines are adhered to and so much more. You will ensure the account files are organised, up to date and accessible to all. You will support the Account Director in managing the local market campaign launches and requests.
• Industry Knowledge – you will be expected to keep a pulse on what is happening in the industry around the world. Calling upon internal resources and industry news to keep yourself and the wider team up to date to influence live and future projects.
• Team support & Project Management - we are a big team spanning many different departments and even countries. You will be the core of keeping these teams together throughout project timelines. You will get to work with strategy, creative & production departments all over the world ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when. You will be working in to an Account Director and a Business Director who work with a hybrid approach to Account and Project Management so you must be able to remain close to the detail, managing timelines & people under pressure.
• Client relations – a fundamental part of being in account management is supporting our clients and their business needs. You will begin to build relationships with junior clients supporting them on the projects that they lead to ensure they feel supported by the agency. You will be a consult for them on all internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment
• Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Prefer a digital creative agency experience
• Desire to drive continuous improvement
• Lastly we want you to be truly interested in account management and passionate about what you do
• Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords (or willing to learn fast on this)
