Job Description

As the manager in charge for building the channel landscape. Through strategic partner planning, enablement and driving acceleration of channel sales, the candidate will also be required to forecast, and report their activities and progress in overall channel pipeline. The candidate will also work with BDMs and Pre-sales staff to manage strategic accounts & opportunities. It is important that the candidate is able to attract and retain quality in partner/PIC selection, overall work and dealings with Eranyacloud team, customers and partners.


Responsibilities

  • Work through target segmentation, KPls, and reviews both internally and externally
  • Provide sales partnership performance report to management
  • Works with partners, when necessary, develops partner specific programs and promotions to drive incremental revenue success.
  • Ensure partner & business plans are being executed on and that mutual value is being driven.
  • Identify and work with new channel partners to expand into new business.
  • Develop and implement marketing program for partner to support the sales activity
  • Exceed minimum targets and KPl's, as set by management.
  • Manage contracts to ensure all agreements are current, assist in negotiation of contracts to ensure best value for both partners and Eranyacloud.
  • Provide status information to your manager and other leaders including forecast/pipeline information/ plans/etc.
  • Support all aspects of business to deliver excellence to channel partners and to Eranyacloud
  • Identifying, developing and winning new relationships with all partner ( principle, Distributor, System Integrator, Reseller Partner )
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the able to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Provide sales training and coaching for partner to assure partners are ready to bring the product to the customer
  • Conduct joint planning session with partners to assist them on selling the product to the market
  • Provide updates on changes to the reseller program
  • Hunting for new potential company or parties and establish business partnership as sales partner for Eranyacloud
  • Drive key marketing initiatives for lead and revenue generation that form part of the agreed business plans
  • Build and strengthen the business relationship with existing partners and new prospects.
  • Working with Eranyacloud channel partners to produce new and close existing business.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within sales functions and across others including marketing, sales operations, pre-sales, system engineering, and product development.
  • Experience using CRM.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work alone and self manage.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Mid Senior (5-7 Years Experience in relevant field).
  • Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in past years.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Language required : Speaks/reads/writes both Bahasa Indonesia & English fluently
  • Preferable candidate has had experience working with vendors/distribution in technology.
  • Technical knowledge to a basic level to deliver demonstrations of system/service
