Business Development Sales Jobs

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Develop sales performance analysis, insight, report, and give corrective recommendations needed to ensure sales deliverables based on company target.
• Monitoring PSI (Purchase – Sales – Inventory).
• Track team progress against KPI and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas.
• Monitoring AR (Account Receivable).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and customer.
• Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
• Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, KPI, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management or other related field.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to be placed in or relocate to Jakarta area.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in business development, sales, or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
