Responsibilities :
- Inputs into the Marketing and tactical activities within areas of supervision
- Good relationship building with the agencies under his/her care such as managing conflict, able to influence leaders to create win-win situation
- Assist the HABD or BDD in delivery of activities (both sales and recruitment activities) to develop agencies in line with the Company’s strategy.
- Become the bridge between the agency and underwriting or CAS dept. For instance: Assist the agent to discuss the issues and propose alternative solution to both customer and underwriters
- Assist the agent to provide solution to the customer should there any issues (i.e. EM, postponed)
- Assist the agent by visiting customer (where required) to promote/convince company product and service. For instance: explanation of financial document requires and its purposes.
- Monitoring and follow up of pander for both business and agent application
- 1-1 discussion with Agency Leader (SAM and AM) on agency issues including performance review
Key Requirements :
- Possess min. 8 years’ experience in sales & distribution in life insurance
- Experienced in sales strategy implementation and monitoring
- Experienced in sales promotion design and implementation
