ATP GSYO has recently invested in AtaExpress embodying the digital delivery application TiklaGelsin and the delivery service platform Fiyuu.



Responsibilities


  • Sell ATP’s products, solution and services for hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region starting with Indonesia and Malaysia, gradually expanding the regional footprint.
  • Expand company network by interacting with technology vendors, ISVs potential key clients and entrepreneurship ecosystem for hospitality.
  • Represent ATP in a variety of settings, as senior sales and business development manager in the best possible way in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Closely collaborate with ATP’s marketing department to create awareness, generate leads and increase sales performance through traditional and digital marketing specifically targeting the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Plan, organize, recruit and manage ATP’s regional sales organization in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR) technologies.
  • Ensure data privacy standards, security and quality assurance policies of sales and business development processes.
  • Undertake the account management, sales management and business development processes of key clients and opportunities in the region.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of ATP’s sales and business development lifecycle.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competition through sales and business management efforts in hospitality and quick service restaurant (QSR) technologies, in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Regularly inform ATP business units about the business trends, technologies and competition in hospitality and quick service (QSR) restaurants from the region.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to generate informative and appealing sales and business development regional content.
  • Design, execute and manage ATP’s partner network and channel structure in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Identify partner types, partner levels and potential partners.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure that the developed products, solutions and services for hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region fully align with product strategies, differentiation potential and competition.
  • Provide feedback to technical team members about improvement opportunities of products, solutions and services.
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies for ATP’s hospitality and quick service restaurant (QSR) technologies for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including local analysis, solution formulation, differentiation, competitive positioning, lead generation, account management, opportunity management, pre-sales, sales, after sales and business development in concordance with ATP’s business strategies.
  • Capture, report, and analyze sales and business development KPIs to measure and improve overall success.
  • Manage the productivity, quality and sales performance of ATP’s Asia-Pacific (APAC) sales organization, partner network and channel to realize OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Continuously improve productivity, quality and performance with close coaching, proactive management, effective leadership.
  • Feed the organization with meaningful data, analysis and insights.
  • Actively research hospitality, quick service restaurant (QSR) and related industries in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to discover new pain and gain points, customer demands, end user expectations, risks, challenges and opportunities to sell new IT products, solutions and services. Provide inputs for product development processes.
  • Take part in the planning process of product road maps, product catalogue, modules and features for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
  • Draft proposals for new products, business models and partnerships
  • Plan, create, publish and share new and quality content on a regular frequency that help build interactions, increase product awareness, encourage engagement and generate leads in the region.
  • Take part in the development of innovative products, solution and services for hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR) for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region in concordance with ATP’s regional marketing and product strategy.
  • Respond to sales and business development related issues in a professional and timely manner.


Qualifications

  • An exceptional balance of social and analytical capabilities.
  • Natural out-of-the-box thinking abilities regarding sales and business development.
  • Advanced knowledge in latest information technologies, software solutions and services.
  • Good level of English, Indonesian and/or Malay both spoken and written. (Fluency in Chinese, Japanese and additional languages is a big plus).
  • Applied experience managing sales organization, partner network, channel, key accounts and opportunities.
  • Commitment to our values - team spirit, people centricity, innovation and sustainability.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and distinctive interpersonal abilities.
  • A good customer portfolio, network and constructive relations with hospitality and quick service restaurant (QSR) franchisors, franchisees, business owners and opinion leaders.
  • Preferably, self-sufficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business applications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business strategies, sales strategies, business development strategies, product strategies, marketing strategies and effective alignment of these strategies with each other.
  • Applied experience working with marketing, development and product management business units.
  • Essentially, advanced applied experience in Sales and Business Development at a well-known IT company having sold products for hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR).
  • Being quick, curious and a passionate self-learner.
  • Excellent level of understanding of business trends, technologies and competition in hospitality and quick service restaurants (QSR) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, primarily in Indonesia, Malaysia as well as other countries inside the region.
