Job Details
- Location: Jakarta Metropolitan City, Indonesia
- Open to Hybrid working (2-3 days work from office in Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities
- Analytically support reach outs with reports. Prepare concise and accurate reviews with data
- Make outbound prospecting campaigns (Emails, cold calling, social selling) to generate leads on local companies in Indonesia.
- Follow up with clients, collating inputs of client feedback and handing them over to the closing team
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and building strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunities
- Own and run new campaigns and experiments every month.
- Generate interest and bring in successful customers often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information so as to do the initial qualification as per buyer persona
Skills and qualifications
- Fluency in Bahasa and English (speaking and writing) are a must
- Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for qualified leads
- A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem solving and multitasking.
- Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic information about the business.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills given this position will interact with diverse levels of business and global stakeholders.
- Preferably has done B2B sales in the past - payroll, expense management, procurement software
