The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Tujuan utama dari tim Business Development dan Partnerships adalah untuk menyediakan berbagai variasi produk dengan harga terbaik untuk para pembeli di Shopee.

• Grow Shopee revenue by increasing seller adoption of paid programs (e.g. free shipping, and cashback extra)
• Define the issue, propose, and execute initiatives to improve seller adoption of paid programs
• Set monthly target & monitor program performance on daily basis
• Manage stakeholders to ensure program/initiative execution running smoothly
• Optimize & manage implementation of new policies to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have structured problem solving skills, strategic & structured thinking, and good presentation skills.
• Good team player with positive attitude, self driven, and independent would be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in related field
• Comfortable to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
• Have working experience in ecommerce and/or management consulting industry would be a plus
• Able to analyze large scale data sets (excel/gsheet) and turn it into meaningful insights
• Excellence top down communication skills (both verbal and written)
