Inovata Retail Improvement Director

Inovata is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the livelihoods of millions by leading the growth of retail outlets and helping them improve their incomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a key part of Inovata's growth, leading a team of dedicated professionals and a wider community of helpers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase retail performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of company goals.
• Lead the growth of retail outlets, improving their income and livelihoods.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a startup in this area, FMCG sales/Route to Market roles, or Market Research is highly desirable.
• Natural leadership abilities with excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Proven experience in working with warungs in Indonesia.
• Fluent in English.
