About the Company:

Our client is a large listed group within fast paced Retail industry sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced IT Head with strong background in Retail Industry based in Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Recommend and implement modifications to security protocols as required.
• Collaborate with other senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing security incidents and responding to security breaches in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure the protection of the organization's information assets, including data, systems, and networks, against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, or modification.
• Establish a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across the organization.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and partners, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements related to information security, and reinforce product security to drive and automate secure development practices.
• Manage and oversee security operations, incident response, and disaster recovery programs.
• Develop and conduct security awareness and training programs for all employees to raise awareness of information security threats and best practices.
• Ensure that all information systems are functional, secure, and compliant with privacy laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement an organization-wide information security strategy, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices.
• Builds, leads, and inspire a highly skilled and diverse department to accomplish approved objectives within the approved budgets.
• Develop and maintain a data classification program that properly classifies all assets as to sensitivity and criticality.

Requirements:

• Must have recognized Information Security Certifications.
• Strong understanding of network and security technologies, such as routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, web application firewalls, API security, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
• Deep understanding of the internal and external risk and threat landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge and experience designing network security architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of information security standards, regulations, and best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) and managing security in a hybrid environment.
