Retail Controller Jobs

Collaborate with the retail management team to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Develop and deliver training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques specific to sportswear.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant training materials.

Minimum of 3 years experience in product or retail training, preferably in the sportswear industry.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure they are equipped to excel in their roles.

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification

Manage team & business partnering to all key stakeholders

At least 5-8 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a big team

Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills

Minimum of 12 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.

Establish a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across the organization.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.

Excellent knowledge and experience designing network security architectures.

Experience managing security incidents and responding to security breaches in a timely and effective manner.

Manage and oversee security operations, incident response, and disaster recovery programs.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
