Retail Marketing Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently list and manage the inventory of Marketing samples or assets across stores and the head office.
• Oversee the collection of essential data from stores required for generating comprehensive reports.
• Responsibility for the preparation and distribution of media and marketing assets to relevant stakeholders.
• Take on the responsibility of collecting marketing and media reports from the store team
• Efficiently manage the logistics and coordination of photoshoot items for in-store campaigns.
• Take on the responsibility of managing gift card issuance and orders.
• Proficiently oversee and actively support the process of uploading digital videos onto in-store digital screens.
• Effectively manage and process Marketing Purchase Order requests and Product Seeding Administrative needs.
• Provide support in the execution of marketing events while adhering to the allocated budget.
• Providing comprehensive recapitulation of Marketing Expenses.
• Provide assistance in addressing the marketing requirements of third-party brands.

Requirement:

• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
• Willing to be placed at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan, West Jakarta
• Must be analytical and detailed oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must have excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably in Marketing/Public Relations.
• At least 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing in the Retail fashion/apparel industry.
• Strong brand strategy, and excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Having experience in handling specific brands will be better for this position.
