Memahami produk-produk seperti besi, baja ringan, semen, bata ringan, mortar, pasir, batu split, dan lain sebagainya

Memiliki database dan hubungan dengan Retail atau Toko Bahan Bangunan

Setidaknya 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait diperlukan untuk posisi ini

Dapat menggunakan komputer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proaktif serta memiliki Leadership yang baik dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

Achieve sales target including volume, value and any quantitative or qualitative target set by management.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Provide sales, revenue, expenses report as well as realistic forecast to Area Manager.

Effectively manage and process Marketing Purchase Order requests and Product Seeding Administrative needs.

Proficiently list and manage the inventory of Marketing samples or assets across stores and the head office.

Efficiently manage the logistics and coordination of photoshoot items for in-store campaigns.

Provide assistance in addressing the marketing requirements of third-party brands.

At least 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing in the Retail fashion/apparel industry.

Having experience in handling specific brands will be better for this position.

Tertib dan disiplin dalam laporan administrasi harian, mingguan, maupun bulanan

Pengembangan area dan mencapai target penjualan

Pendidikan minimum SMA/SMK semua jurusan

Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)

Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities

Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Train and manage a team of sales representatives to effectively communicate our brand messaging and sell our products in supermarkets

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry

Strong communication and leadership skills
