Gm Of Operations - Retail Industry

About the Company:

Our client is a large listed group within fast paced Retail industry sector. As part of their business growth, they are currently looking for experienced shipping manager to increase their operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Review/update store layout to improve commercial viability
• Coordinate with diverse departments to expanding stores
• Monitor daily store activity in compliance to SOP standard (ie. SRB, store checklist, mapping, etc)
• Ensure daily store operation as per standard by concept
• Work closely with Training team to improve staff ability in soft skills (customer service) and product knowledge
• Manage operations team to achieve sales target
• Develop sales and P&L strategies to maintain store cost efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Strong Leadership skills
• Communication skill, verbal & written business correspondence
• Good in time management and conflict management
• Advance in Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data processing
• Customer-centric mindset
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations or FMCG
• Business acumen, analytical skill
• Organizational, Interpersonal, People skill
