You will be responsible for crafting all pre-opening and opening human resources functions in this cutting-edge hotel. From HR business planning to communication; recruitment and selection to compensation and benefits; HR strategy to learning and development and all other aspects including team member engagement, facilities and services and much more. The management team will look to you to take the lead and show the way when it comes to human resources.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

• Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times
• Good decision-making and organizational skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with people
• Pre-opening hotel experience as a manager in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Full understanding of HR policy and process and thorough understanding of Indonesian labor law
