Human Resources & Ga Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
• Provide general support to visitors
• Handle HR related administrative tasks and documentation
• Oversee adherence to office policies and procedure
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications

• Had experience handle all HRGA activities
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Hard worker, honest, reliable, positive attitude, communicative, pro-active
• Preferably possess Bachelor’s Degree
• Min 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
