Responsibilities

Talent & Development Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. The role is to help grow talent in the company by finding and nurturing the best suited people to contribute to the company's future success, assess employees' job strengths and weaknesses, then develop training programs that enhance their strengths to become better employees.

• Good communication in English verbal and written
• Understands how to implement policies and procedures
• Recruit reliable and stable employees by conducting interviews and tests
• Detail oriented and good filing skill
• Excellent Communication
• Meet the request of new hires in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationship with universities/agencies
• Expected qualitative and quantitative performance result
• Good analytical thinking and initiative
• Good understanding of basic employment regulation and HR Policies
• Send memo new hire with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Able to work in a team
• Maintain accurate reporting in a timely manner
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource concentration) from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
• Ability to work under pressure
