HR and Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and recruiting for the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations and performance, ensuring legal compliance, and sourcing and hiring the best talent for our company.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist, people-oriented and results-driven attitude, knowledge of HR systems and databases, ability to architect strategy and lead teams, familiarity with online sourcing channels and ATSs, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the differences between various roles.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
•Manage employee relations, performance, pay, benefits, and training
•Manage the recruitment and selection process for the ASEAN region
•Support current and future business needs through human capital development and retention
•Monitor and report on HR metrics and provide decision support
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria
•Source ASEAN based potential candidates through online channels and networks
•Plan interview and selection procedures
•Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System
•Design job descriptions and interview questions
•Lead employer branding initiatives
•Forecast hiring needs by department
•Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Requirements:
•Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist
•People oriented and results driven
•Knowledge of HR systems and databases
•Ability to architect strategy and lead teams
•Familiarity with online sourcing channels and ATSs
•Excellent communication skills
•A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
•BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
