About Our Client

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Act as a business partner and strategic advisor to the senior leadership team.* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation that may impact the organization.* Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders, and provide advice and support on HR matters
• Develop and implement performance management programs that enable the company to measure and evaluate employee performance effectively
• Develop and implement employee retention programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, discipline, and grievance handling.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven track record in handling organizational transformation projects
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 15+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and make decisions
• Willing to be based in a remote location full time
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in Indonesia
