Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Do daily journaling
  • Check and Monitor daily transactions to ensure all the transaction are valid and in line with the existing SOP and recorded correctly in accounting system.
  • Monitor each process of daily transaction, analyse the process and report feedback to the team
  • Reconciliation bank statement in accounting system.
  • Monitor daily job of Cluster staff (Creation of SO, DO, Invoice, Register Payment and Bank reconciliation in ERP)
  • Review accuracy & completeness of Expense claim to Principal
Requirement(s)
  • Willing to be placed in 6 months project-based contract
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and process oriented
  • Good in Accounting Journal entry
  • Good interpersonal and communications skill
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • At least 1-2 year(s) experience of relevant field
