Job Description

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials for upcoming events.
  • Initiate event planning activities, develop dashboards, and curate event-related materials.
  • Take an active role in the coordination and execution of recruitment events, encompassing informative sessions, webinars, and all designed to captivate potential candidates and highlight the organization's offerings.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the admissions team for the admission and recruitment processes targeting potential participants.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with mentors, while also aiding in preparatory measures.
  • Compile detailed event reports and relevant matrices to assess outcomes effectively.
  • Act as a proficient intermediary between our internal teams and external stakeholders, including mentor and company partner delegations.
Requirement
  • Thrives in collaborative team settings while also excelling in independent work.
  • Bonus : Active/familiar with community/organizational building
  • Recent graduate or final-year student from any academic background.
  • Possesses a systematic approach and is proficient in utilizing Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
