Project Specialist Intern Jobs

Demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

Initiate event planning activities, develop dashboards, and curate event-related materials.

Act as a proficient intermediary between our internal teams and external stakeholders, including mentor and company partner delegations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials for upcoming events.

Foster and nurture relationships with mentors, while also aiding in preparatory measures.

Compile detailed event reports and relevant matrices to assess outcomes effectively.

Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.

Coordinates with Supply Chain Management and successfully procures required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.

At least 2 years of project executions or project management

Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages project risks and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer, all in accordance with the contract

Able to travel around Indonesia for meeting or manage project site

Prior experience as intern Project Management or Campaign Operations is highly preferred.

Passionate about influencer marketing and community management.

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects, including fulfillment, scheduling, and status reporting.

Experienced in digital agency, digital publisher, or KOL agency is a plus.

Develop detailed project plans to define project deliverables, track progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure timely completion of influencer projects.

Monitor and report on project performance indicators to ensure successful delivery against defined success criteria.

Had experience of at least 1 year as an Event Planner, Project Management, Direct Marketing, or Creative Leads.

Good management and communications skill

Bachelors degree with any major. A degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Management is preferred.

Identifying clients' requirements and expectations for reaching events

Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.

Create a detailed deck for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, budgets and other related matters

Some experience in project management and process improvement preferred

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Assist in researching and developing SOPs for various departments within Xfoods

Support the project team in designing and implementing new processes

Bachelor’s degree; Advanced graduate degree in progress (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language(s)
