Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with speakers to ensure timely and effective communication and preparation.
• Collect feedback and data from attendees to evaluate the success of the event.
• Develop event timelines, agendas, and budget plans.
• Research and evaluate suitable partners for the event.
• Manage event registration, attendance, and communication with attendees.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with event planning and management tools, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
