Event Support Intern Jobs

Min. 1-year working experience in project management/event operations role

Good stakeholder management and communications skills

Manage and support product marketing activities, including responding to inquiries, creating announcements & upload related material.

Collaborate with other teams or brands to manage articles & journals.

Create & analyze data insight reports from users.

Create media order report from Account Team.

Living in Yogyakarta is a must, this position mandatory work from office

Last semester of university student of any studies, minimum semester 6

Active to move, preferably people who join sport communities

E-Certificates after completing internship season

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Provide on-site support during events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.

Prior experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.

Mengawasi jadwal acara, memastikan semua kegiatan berlangsung tepat waktu

Mengatur dan mengkoordinasi tugas-tugas tim untuk memastikan semua aspek acara berjalan sesuai rencana

Mengumpulkan segala Informasi yang berguna kemajuan acara yang akan dilaksanakan kedepannya

Mahasiswa (Minimal semester 4, fresh graduate boleh mendaftar)

Familiarity with event planning and management tools, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.

Manage event registration, attendance, and communication with attendees.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Research and evaluate suitable partners for the event.

Develop event timelines, agendas, and budget plans.

Coordinate with speakers to ensure timely and effective communication and preparation.

Have a good legal reserach and analytical skill;

Fresh Graduate or Final year student in Law;

Passion to create and handling programs; and

Good communication in Bahasa and English (both written and verbal).

Experience in creative industry for 2 years or above

Experience as copywriter in different types of programs (documenter, talkshow, and TVC)

Create creative concept of the events (webinar, live instagram, & video production)

Create script and rundown of all events

Search, contact, and coordinate with talent/speaker
