About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading global players in the Oil & Gas industry with a big presence in the APAC region.

• Manage the Change management process
• Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes
• Support leadership team on organizational design and work as strategic business partner
• Ensure and guide in the evolving/establishing/reinforcing of Employer Brand to position as preferred employer to prospective candidates.
• Develop robust talent acquisition, talent retention and L&D strategies
• Strategize appropriate Talent Development interventions and initiatives for building capacity / capability in staff / employees to meet existing and emerging challenges.

The Successful Applicant

• The successful candidate will be strong in strategic thinking- Taking a long-term view of the business and its external environment with the aim of anticipating the factors and future trends that will affect it. They will have a drive for excellence and takes personal accountability for results, and understands the need for change, adaptation and renewal in order to achieve long-term organisational survival. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have ideally 10 years of experience or more in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Energy industries with multinational companies, and be armed with strong Interpersonal, Communication, Leadership, and Problem Solving skills.
