👑 Job Role

• Perform reconciliation of stock variances between actual stock and system
• Perform daily inventory stock count to make sure accuracy of inventory stock in Warehouses and Hubs
• Prepare weekly report and analysis of the inventory stock count result
• Provide recommendation to improve accuracy inventory stock
• Identify the root cause, validate/investigate, and monitor stock variances

⛩️ Requirements

• Able to work as a team player and as an individual contributor
• High flexibility with work schedule (i.e. night shift)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
• Fresh graduates or min. 1 years of working experience, preferably in retail industry as financial auditor, internal auditor, or warehouse inventory control
• Has own vehicle due to high mobilization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Independent, honest, reliable, and always curious
• Able to work under pressure with high ownership
