Production Supervisor - Central Kitchen

We are a F&B Startup company, seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in our Central Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our high-quality food products are prepared to meet our customers' demand.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Plan and supervise the production process to ensure that quality standards and deadlines are met
• Enforce and maintain strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to promote optimal performance and uptime
• Develop and implement production policies, procedures, and practices to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a Central Kitchen or Manufacturing environment
• Proficient with computer-based applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Inventory Management Software, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BSc in Food Science or related fields
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills
• Knowledge of food processing, packaging, and preservation techniques and standards
