Job Description

PT. Entrepreneur Trust Digital provide clients with our professional team which are adapt with all the latest technologies. Our services in IT Outsourcing are an efficient way to deliver IT solutions to any business to boost business performance.


We are looking for talented individuals for Project/Product Manager (PM) position.


Responsibilities:

Provide further direction for Company's product development by communicating with related teams or divisions such as but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, marketing, legal & compliance to elicit requirements
  • Ensure management is always informed of the progress
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution, and launch
  • Collaborate with CX/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design
  • Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to provide remarkable experiences for our customer
  • Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality


Requirement:

  • 2-4 years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in digital financial services (fintech)
  • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and balance the business needs and technical constraints
  • Can work in bank company
  • Experience in building and implementing design systems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to diferent technologies
  • Have experience in the payment industry
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in end-to-end interface design in software/web technologies
  • String aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different team members
  • Must have experience in IT Product development (e.g. application, website, etc)
  • Can work onsite in Jabodetabek
  • Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills
