Melakukan koordinasi dengan Project Manager terkait dengan seluruh target & schedule proyek (pelaksanaan, pengiriman material, manpower), termasuk pada saat terjadi perubahan.

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Project Manager dan pernah menangani konstruksi MEP pada high rise building.

Menyusun tim kerja untuk pelaksanaan proyek baru.

Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple project

At least 5 year(s) of working experience to implement IT Software project (Enterprise project will be advantages)

Have programming experiences will be advantages

Experience in handling software projects from initiation till closure

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

[Line-up management] Perform the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.

Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience

Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.

[Pricing operation] Participate in devising the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.

Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) ishighly desirable.

Extensive experience in IT project management, including leading and managing a team of project managers.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.

Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment and mitigation.

Ensure management is always informed of the progress

2-4 years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in digital financial services (fintech)

Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and balance the business needs and technical constraints

Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to provide remarkable experiences for our customer

Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution, and launch

Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, marketing, legal & compliance to elicit requirements

Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.

Track project progress and report on status to project managers and stakeholders.
