We are looking for talented individuals for IT Project/Product Manager

- 2 years experience

Education : S1 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Work placement : Onsite ( Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto Kav. 36-38. Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia 12190)

Experience in development IT Product

Qualifications:

• Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment and mitigation.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) ishighly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make strategic decisions.
• 2 years of experience as an IT project manager in the banking industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in IT project management, including leading and managing a team of project managers.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
