Quality Control Staff - Central Kitchen/Outlets

We are looking for highly motivated Quality Control Staff to join our restaurant chain team. Quality Control Staff are responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our food, service and cleanliness of our restaurants and/or central kitchens.
Responsibilities
Central Kitchen Quality Control Staff:

• Identify and investigate any quality issues and implement corrective actions as required
• Conduct regular quality control checks of all food products to ensure they meet our standards
• Controlling and validating the raw materials used for the production process
• Creating daily, weekly reports and documentation of production process activities related quality & food safety aspect
• Maintain accurate records of all quality control checks and report any issues to the relevant personnel
• Work closely with the central kitchen team and Restaurant crew to ensure that all food products are produced in a timely and effective manner
• Oversee the poduction of all food products
• Ensure that the FIFO and FEFO used are running correctly.
• Collaborate with quality assurance officers and other stakeholders to ensure product quality assurance in every ingredient, process and service in every outlet, central kitchen and warehouse
• Monitor food production to ensure that all food is fresh and high quality
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency

Restaurant/Outlet Quality Control Staff

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and company standards in all restaurant chains
• Conduct periodic employee training sessions on food safety and quality control procedures
• Coordinate with management, chefs, and other staff members to identify and resolve quality control issues
• Perform regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Creating daily, weekly reports and documentation of production process activities related quality & food safety aspect
• Collaborate with quality assurance officers and other stakeholders to ensure product quality assurance in every ingredient, process and service in every outlet, central kitchen and warehouse
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality control within a Restaurant chains/central kitchen/food manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Diploma or degree in food science, culinary arts or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
