Manage people

• Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside Production
• Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards
• Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation
• Ensure that any new employee of the perimeter follows an Induction process
• Ensure a positive social climate on the perimeters
• Perform Training of the teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented
• Ensure working standards are respected on Production during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product)
• Monitor competences for the team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation)
• Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & give feedback
• Congratulate and recognize its team for improvements

Manage standards

• Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules
• Manage curative & preventive maintenance of equipment & sustainable TPM deployment
• Define work standards with the help of support functions

Manage production

• Ensure optimal use of equipment (Productivity)
• Escalate at Site level the issues that can’t be solved at Production level
• Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Production and Plant support departments
• Be accountable for performance and profitability (gross margin) of the Production, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction
• Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of his/ her Production and communicate to PPIC (Production Planning and Control) for Production Planning

Weekly commit on Production Planning.

• In case of daily Production plan respect deviation, take necessary measures to have respected weekly Production plan at end of the week

Manage continuous improvement

• Be involved in the industrialization of new projects (before end phase 2)
• Lead & review action plans to improve KPI performance (actual and targets).
• Be responsible for Customer Complain analysis and solving for products from the Production in front of customers
• Lead daily Production meeting (on Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance)
• Manage the Company Production System deployment plan & Cost down initiative of the Production, ensuring that there are permanently cost improvements initiative
• Contribute to successful new projects
• Lead everyday Gemba activities with the team, as TOP 3 issues countermeasures review as for cost improvements
• Prepare a budget proposal (including training actions, investments).
• Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years managerial level in production
• Can lead QRQC, PDCA FTA analysis on complex technical and management issues with logical thinking
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, build and develop effective team
• Bachelor /associate degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of products in the perimeter, their performance, their quality and suppliers' technologies and constraints linked to the process. Acts on product conception in order to improve the process and the quality Ability to master Quality principles (do not receive, do not create, do not transfer defect) and QRAP.
• Vast experience, skills , and knowledge in manufacturing process particularly in Injection molding process
• Knows how complete a FTA, 5 why and LLC on complex technical and management issue
