Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Production supervision in order to achieve production target as per quality standard & food safety requirements.
  • Problem solving and CAPA
  • Implement production internal standard, and provide related trainings & evaluation to production leaders & operators
  • Monitoring of tools, equipment & machine, and production area & facility in accordance with standard, and communicate all problems & non conformances to maintenance Supervisor
  • Control and monitor work security & safety
  • Production & Manpower scheduling
  • Active in continuous improvement process and implementation
  • Customer complaint investigation and Mock Recall
  • Check & verifies all daily & weekly reports of production operational, and material balance as well
Requirements


  • Computer literacy & good administrative
  • Have a strong leadership skills and good analytical thinking
  • Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Food Industry, or other relevant major from reputable university
  • Placement in Pulogadung
  • Minimum 2 years experience in frozen food, or other food manufacturing as a Production Supervisor
  • Able to work both independent or in a team, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Experience in budgeting and production performance evaluation (Productivity, OEE, etc.)
  • Highly motivated, able to work hard, possess initiative, trustworthy & loyal
  • Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and FSSC, and Halal Assurance System
  • Must be ready to work in shifts and weekend/holiday
